To get the most out of the program, attending all 7 sessions is highly recommended. Each week builds on the last, helping you deepen your understanding and connection with your child. But life happens so if you do miss a session, I’ll do my best to guide you so you can keep up with the group.
No, sessions aren’t recorded. This helps create a safe, private, and supportive space for open and honest sharing.
I get it juggling motherhood and childcare can be challenging. If you have no care arrangements available it is fine for your child to be present as long as it won’t be distracting for you.
This program is about understanding your unique child’s emotional needs and learning how to meet them in a way that builds trust, security, and connection.
