The early days of motherhood are about learning and not just instinct and bonding, as social media would have you believe.
Learning how to meet your baby’s needs. Learning how to balance your own. Learning how to navigate the mental load, shifting family dynamics, and the inevitable exhaustion that comes with the new motherhood whirlwind.
My role is to support you in building those skills, whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or navigating early motherhood with additional challenges like chronic illness or disability.
With my support, you’ll get what you need to feel prepared, capable, and confident in your new role as a mother.

I can support you both antenatally and postnatally with:
Understanding Matrescence - the journey to and through Motherhood.
Learning more about biologically normal infant sleep and behaviour.
Establishing postpartum care support.
Ways to maximise your rest, recovery, and sleep.
Breastfeeding education and resources.
Recovery following a birth injury.
Relationship dynamics and division of labour.
Developing infant care skills (including tailored support for parents navigating disability or chronic illness).
Establishing boundaries with family or friends.
Bonding with baby. Expectations of motherhood. Home and nursery set-up.

How It Works:
We’ll start with your free 15-minute chat to find out if working with me is right for you.
If it feels good we’ll find a spot for you in my diary.
All perinatal support sessions are provided 1:1 via telehealth.*
You’ll receive a link via email for our session. Partners are very welcome to attend too.
Your sessions will run for 60 minutes, giving us time to go deep and cover everything you need.
*Face-to-face appointments are available, following further consultation and/or limited to within the City of Maroondah. Please reach out to discuss your needs further. Travel fees may apply.
Fees and Rebates
My sessions are all 60 minutes in length and cost: $190 AUD
Rebates may be available through Medicare or your Private Health Insurance.
Occupational Therapists are recognised providers with Medicare Australia. I am endorsed to provide mental health support under the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme (BAMH).
Using BAMH, you can access up to 10 rebated sessions by requesting a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

My perinatal support packages aren’t just about preparing for birth they’re about getting ready for and learning about all that comes next, aka all the things most mothers aren’t told about. When you are prepared and aware of what motherhood truly entails meeting this new version of yourself feels easier and less of a surprise.

No referral is required! You can book directly with me. However, if you’d like to claim a rebate, you may need a chronic disease management plan or private health coverage. Check with your GP or provider.

Yes! Your partner or support person is welcome to join the sessions. Parenthood is a shared journey, and including them can often make the support even more effective.

That’s okay! Many mothers aren’t sure where to start. During our free 15-minute discovery call, we can chat about your current challenges and identify how I can best support you.

The number of sessions depends on your personal needs. Some clients find that a few sessions provide the clarity and tools they need, while others benefit from ongoing support. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you.
