Fees & Rebates

Sessions are booked in one hour time slots with 50 minutes face to face therapy and 10 minutes for preparation and clinical documentation.

You may be eligible for the following funding schemes or rebates, in which out of pocket costs may be reduced or covered in full.

Medicare

Better Access to Mental Health scheme requires a GP referral. A mental health care plan allows for up to 10x sessions per calendar year. A 50 minute session with me is $220 and with a Mental Health Care Plan, you will get a Medicare rebate of $89.50.

Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans require a GP referral. A CDM allows for up to 5x sessions per calendar year. Each 50 minute session is $220, with a Medicare rebate of $63.40 available. 

Private Health Insurance

Rebates for OT sessions vary by provider.
Please consult your health insurer for further details and required item numbers.
Please note, I do not process private health insurance rebates but can provide an invoice with item numbers as follows:

Code 100 - Initial Assessment/Session
Code 250 - Subsequent Assessment and follow-up session

NDIS

Self and plan managed participants only.
Fees for Ostara Occupational Therapy services are in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Current rates reflect the 2026 -2027 NDIS Price guide.

Private Fee Paying

Appointments are 50 mins in length in which the fee is $220 per hour. Longer appointments are available and billed on a pro rata basis. Home visiting can be arranged following further consultation. Please reach out to discuss your needs further. Travel fees may apply.

Please note that if you require additional letters or reports they are billed as follows:

Letter - $220.00
Report - $440.00
Comprehensive report – Price TBC following further consultation (depending on time required). Your clinician will discuss the costing at the time of the request.
