Struggling with your mental health when you become a mother often brings with it feelings of shame or defeat.
But it’s just your body's way of making it known that you need more help. So, think of it instead as an invitation to seek support.
A Safe Space for You
Your mental health isn’t isolated from your physical, emotional, or spiritual health. That's why Occupational Therapy support considers the interplay between all these things.
The circumstances in which you live, the things you do day to day, and the community around you all influence how you feel. That’s why my support aims to help you understand how all these things interact and have an impact on you.
These sessions are a safe space to feel heard, held, and supported something often missing for many mothers.
You’ll walk away from our time together with practical tools that enable you to live a life and motherhood that feels aligned and fulfilled.
Motherhood is a time of complex adjustment, growth, and transformation. It’s also a time when your own needs can often be overshadowed by the demands of caring for your child. So understandably this means it can be a time when your mental health wavers.
1:1 Mental Health Support is for you if you’re:
Feeling lost as you’ve transitioned into motherhood.
Experiencing difficult feelings like depression, anxiety, anger, burnout, guilt, or shame.
Navigating sensory overwhelm.
Wanting to reconnect with yourself and work through identity shifts.
Struggling with a difficult or traumatic birth experience.
You’re struggling to adjust to your new mothering responsibilities
Wanting to improve your elusive self-care.
Ready to improve your confidence and self-worth?
How It Works:
Let’s start with a free 15-minute chat to see if working with me feels right.
If it does we’ll book your first session as soon as I have availability in my calendar or at a time that works best for you.

You’ll receive a link via email for our session. Feel free to turn up in your PJs, with babe in arms, or however you find yourself today.
